Yesterday, When I was using computer, smell appeared from the kitchen. It made me cough. What's up! That's why, my aunt was cooking. 'what kind of curry?'. She said that It is Phatkapong. I've never heard this curry name. Do you know this curry? It comes from Thailand. It is one of the famous curry of Thai. They(My Aunt and Uncle) have lived in Thai for about four years. My Aunt can cook so many Thai Traditional food. Well! It is a spicy one. Phat is fries and Kapong is kind of leaf. The complete name is PhatKapongmu. The last word 'mu' means pork. You can also cook with 'Kai'(chicken) and 'Nwe'(beef). It's taste is nice but very spicy. The real phatkapong makes you cough when it is cooking.:) After eating, I drink coke more. (shuu... shae`... ).... heee! I also ate rice more. (just only 3 :P). She also made somtham (Papaya salad) for us. Wow! It was a very good dinner last night.
